Jefferson City Parks and Recreation and Jefferson City Area YMCA have teamed up to offer Special Olympics Swimming! Special Athletes ages 8 and up can participate. Registration begins February 26 at Jefferson City Parks and Recreation. Practices begin March 30 on Saturdays at 8:45 .am. at the Knowles YMCA indoor pool at 424 Stadium! We are ADA accessible with a lift chair to help athletes access the pool. There is also an elevator and family changing areas at Knowles YMCA. All athletes must be enrolled prior to participating.
