DEEP H2O - [Click Here to Register]
Come experience this invigorating class to increase your sense of well-being through muscle toning, calorie burning cardio, and friendly camaraderie. While suspended in the deep water with your buoyancy belt, you perform virtually any activity in the water that you do on land (and more!) You must be a swimmer to participate. Aqua belts ($20) available at Knowles front desk.

• Tuesday & Thursday – 7:15-8 am - Knowles Indoor Pool
• Tuesday & Thursday – 5:35-6:25 pm - Knowles Indoor Pool

CARDIO H20 - [Click Here to Register]
While suspended in the deep water with your buoyancy belt you perform virtually any activity in the water that you do on land. This aerobic class will accelerate you mind and body to perform challenging exercises. Increase your balance, coordination, and strength. This muscle toning class is recommended for those individuals wanting to get a total body workout. You must be a swimmer to participate. Aqua belts ($20) available at Knowles front desk.

• Monday & Wednesday – 7:15-8 am – Knowles Indoor Pool
             

FINTASTICS - [Click Here to Register]

Join this exhilarating class where you will tone the hips, thighs, and burn calories. Challenge yourself by doing 30-minute series of swimming laps with fins and the other half strengthening the upper body and mid section. Must be comfortable in deep water and able to swim. Fins ($20) available at Knowles front desk.

• Monday & Wednesday – 6-6:45 pm – Knowles Indoor Pool

POWERSPLASH - [Click Here to Register]
Check out this exhilarating aerobic class with choreographed moves. The water aerobic class consist of 12 times the resistance then land-based classes. It’s intense without the stress to the joints and with the same aerobic conditioning and strength training as land based classes. Muscle strengthening, and flexibility will be improved.

• Monday & Wednesday – 6:30-7:30 pm – Knowles Indoor Pool
• Tuesday & Thursday – 8:30-9:30 am – Knowles Indoor Pool

SWIMNASTICS - [Click Here to Register]
Fun water exercise with low-moderate intensity. Lots of muscle toning with an assortment of water equipment.

• Mon., Wed., Fri. – 8:30-9:15 am – Knowles Indoor Pool

WATER WALKING - [Click Here to Register]
A class for any fitness level. Enjoy vigorous aerobic exercise with little joint impact. Improves the cardiovascular system while strengthening the muscles. Great fun in the water with exciting people
