- Summer Camp Directors: The YMCA is hiring Summer Camp Directors! Must be at least 18 years old. This is a 40-hour/week position. Hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday (no weekends!). - Y-Care After School: The Y is hiring part-time Site Assistants ($15/hour) and Site Directors ($20/hour-must meet state education guidelines) for the school year! Hours are 2:30-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (no weekends). Must be at least 16 years old. Y-Care is a state-licensed, school-based after-school program that serves Jefferson City School District and Blair Oaks School District. Employment includes a free YMCA membership. - Nursery/Kids Center: Care for children while their parents use the YMCA facilities. Must be at least 16 years old. Childcare experience preferred. - Early Childhood Educators: The YMCA’s Child Development Center needs full-time and part-time staff members to make learning fun and keep these smiles bright. Lead Teacher full-time starting at $14.50. Part-time teacher aides and substitutes start at $13.00 an hour. Employment includes a free YMCA membership, and free childcare for a child 2-5 years old! - Service Desk Associate – Looking for weekend and weeknight staff. Weekend shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m.-12 p.m. or 12-6 p.m. Weeknight shifts are 5-9 p.m. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, answering questions, and interacting with our customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. - Swim Coaches for our Barracuda Swim Team Program.

- Certified Personal Trainer: Looking for certified personal trainers. Must have a personal trainer certification and CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred. Call 761-3225 for more information.
- Exercise Instructors: Under the direction of the Wellness Director, the Exercise Instructor is responsible for conducting specific exercise programs. Currently, we are looking for individuals to instruct “high-intensity classes” such as but not limited to Less Mills Body Pump, H.I.I.T (High Intense Interval Training), Tabata, Step Aerobics, or Boot Camp.
