Lifeguard Certification
The best job you will ever have! Perfect for young people, college students, stay at home parents, second job seekers and retirees. Become a lifeguard in just one weekend!
Prerequisites-Must be at least 15 years old and able to pass a swim test the first day of class. All candidates must attend all classes. Course fees waived for those employed by the Jefferson City Area YMCA.
Each class will start in the classroom. Bring swim suit, towels, snacks, water bottle and pen and notebook each day to class. Class is held at Knowles YMCA indoor pool.
